The deposit holds your time and materials, and counts towards your final price. If we can't do the work, we refund it in full.

Yes. Choose "Send by post" when booking and we'll email you the address. Please use tracked delivery; we'll agree the return delivery with you.

The price shown is an estimate. We confirm the final price after seeing your piece, before we start any work.
